Charmane Zeigner
With over a decade of research experience, Charmane specializes in quantitative and qualitative research, particularly with unstructured data.
She is particularly passionate about text and speech analytics, process & procedure gap analysis, creating custom insights dashboards and designing reports to tell the story of your data with engaging visualizations or infographics, actionable insights, and relevant recommendations.

Charmane has experience with implementation of in-moment Voice of the Customer (VoC) and Voice of the Employee (VoE) research programs, and creating customer dashboards for business units to track progress and action recommendations.

Charmane has extensive knowledge of the commercial airline, cargo, and vacation travel industries, with additional background in the telecommunications industry for major mobile, internet, and TV service providers.

Our consultants have led large-scale, complex research programs for multi-national corporations. They have extensive experience which includes specializing in both quantitative and qualitative research, and transforming research programs into insights that are actioned within the organization.
These consultants implemented and led the Voice of the Customer (VoC) and Voice of the Employee (VoE) research programs at a large company, where they re-imagined the programs to achieve real-time, actionable insights. Feedback was democratized to all employees within the organization and used to create customer feedback 'war rooms' to strategize, monitor, and improve upon the experience.
